ASE, one of the nation’s oldest and largest employer associations, together with The Employers’ Association (TEA), have released results to their joint survey – 2020 Survey on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Practices. ASE and TEA invited its broader Michigan membership to participate in an electronic survey in July of 2020. This brief survey captured current practices around common diversity programs and strategies.

(TROY, MI, November 24, 2020) – In the just released 2021 National Business Trends Survey from the Employer Associations of America (EAA), 44% of executives expect the overall outlook for the 2021 economy to be improving. This annual survey shares information on what executives nationally are doing to address the changing business climate. Survey responses also reflect the impact COVID-19 has had on this year’s business trends.

The annual survey, covering Michigan employers, examines the premiums, deductibles, and co-pays of employer-sponsored health plans as well as wellness benefits and cost control strategies.

Livonia, MI --- September 3, 2020 --- ASE, Michigan’s largest employer association, has released two surveys aimed at tracking the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Michigan businesses. The surveys, Business Practices Update and the COVID-19 Economic Impact Survey, launched on July 23rd, assess the economic impact of the current pandemic and how employers are adjusting work from home practices, employee travel, and paid time off benefits.

It’s the 68th year that ASE has published the annual survey. The findings were released by Mary E. Corrado, president and CEO of ASE.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the conference will be held virtually.

ASE, Michigan’s largest employer association, released its 3rd survey aimed at tracking the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on Michigan businesses. The current survey, launched on April 21st, examines the specific efforts being considered or implemented by employers to protect their workforce in preparation for a return to work.

ASE, Michigan’s largest employer association, released a survey today that measures the business impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The survey, launched on March 26th, examines the financial impact the current COVID-19 pandemic has had on Michigan business and the steps some have taken to mitigate that impact. In total, 147 Michigan companies participated in the survey that closed on April 2nd.

The annual survey provides a comprehensive look at the current state of wages and benefits provided to co-op students and recent college graduates. The survey also presents employers a snapshot of the recruitment and retention trends associated with these new entrants to the workforce.
