Strong supervisors build strong teams. ASE’s Principles and Practices of Supervision courses provide the practical tools and leadership insights every supervisor needs to succeed. Through a multi-session learning experience, participants gain proven techniques to manage, motivate, and lead with confidence.
The in-person course runs once a week for three consecutive weeks (full-day sessions). The virtual course runs twice a week for three consecutive weeks (half-day sessions).
