What Participants Say

“Last year, I sent five of our managers to the Principles and Practices I course. After their three sessions, I sat down with them for a debrief, and I was blown away by their feedback. They shared what they learned, how they planned to apply it in their day-to-day roles, and expressed excitement about future training opportunities. Currently, five more of our supervisors are attending, and I plan to have all 10 go through P&P II in the future. When I asked for feedback, I anticipated the usual response—something like, 'It went well, I learned a few things'—but this time, it was completely different. They were genuinely invested and truly enjoyed the experience.”

“The Principles & Practices of Supervision Leadership Training should be a prerequisite for all going into any high-level management or mid-level supervisory role. In all honesty, I went into the training with a less than enthusiastic mindset, but within 10 minutes of the first session, I was fully engaged and looking forward to every second spent with the group. I had never seen myself as someone capable of being a good supervisor. The instructor helped me see that not only could I do it, but that the reasons I thought would hinder me were actually the reasons and traits that would make me excel. I ended the class feeling ready and confident to take the role, and motivated to grow and succeed in more ways than I even knew I wanted to. I am forever grateful for this course and the content and skills shared during our session. Top-notch, 10 out 10, all the stars, highly recommend – all of those.”
