ASE provides programs and services that enable member organizations to address their most challenging Human Resources issues. ASE is an affiliate of the Employer Associations of America.
Since 1902, ASE’s principal function has been to provide people-management information and services. The purpose of these services is to help organizations grow their bottom lines by growing the effectiveness of their people.
Our primary customer is every person who makes people-related decisions within an organization. This means we directly support everyone from presidents to Human Resource generalists to front-line supervisors. Our programs and services are designed to make ASE your one-stop shop for Human Resource information and services.
ASE's mission is to be the preeminent authority on HR management issues in the state of Michigan. To achieve our mission, we have committed ourselves to continually upgrading the knowledge and skills of our own people. We are a growing organization of energetic professionals ready to meet any employer's HR needs.
