ASE strengthens organization's HR departments by offering member benefits and discounted services that span the entire employee lifecycle including recruitment, development, and retention while minimizing compliance risk. We provide our members guidance through new and changing legislation and workplace issues.
In January 2024, the Employers Association of West Michigan (EA) merged into the American Society of Employers (ASE). Both companies have been in existence for over 100 years – ASE began in 1902 and EA began in 1916 – and have risen side-by-side to the everyday challenges and have leaned on each other for decades while serving our members.
How We Serve Our Members
ASE's mission is to support employers by providing a broad range of information, services, and training that enables them to successfully manage their most important asset: their people. Since 1902, ASE’s principal function has been to provide people-management information and services. Today, we continue to build on these services and bring the latest trends, insights, and resources to help organizations grow their bottom lines by growing the effectiveness of their people. ASE is an affiliate of the Employer Associations of America (EAA). We service members across 48 states. The organization joins; we serve all employees.
