As a member, you are entitled to unlimited email and phone support for the HR advice you need, when you need it. ASE’s seasoned professionals are available to provide guidance and best practice advice or to simply act as a “sounding board” for your all your HR issues.

This new, easy to use library service provides ASE members another robust 24/7/365 resource providing many HR apps and tools including a handbook builder, interview builder, HR content library, HR notices, compliance apps, and much more.

ASE members have 24/7 access the most up-to-date information on federal, state, and international laws and regulations, template job descriptions, compliance training decks and more with their complimentary access to CCH HRAnswersNow. HR HRAnswersNow provides valuable, convenient online compliance guidance and support for your entire HR team. It includes research tools and practical information and checklists to help users develop, implement and communicate their human resource policies.

ASE members have access to executable research and tools from McLean & Company, a leading HR research and advisory firm. Through this access, your organization can leverage best-practices to save time, cut costs, and initiate and effectively execute HR programs using their project plans, tools, templates, and ready-made training decks that will have a measurable impact on your business.

Member exclusive Circle of Peers Hubs offers a way for our members to connect and collaborate with other professionals. Each specific hub has been created to give members an opportunity to interact with fellow members in a confidential and mutually supportive learning environment. Each hub meets every other month and hub members are expected to attend all meetings.

Hubs currently offered include CFO, HR Professional, Japanese Owned Businesses, Marketing, Non-Profit, Principles & Practices of Supervision Alumni, Staffing, Total Rewards, Training and Development, and Young Professionals.  

ASE Peer-to-Peer Discussions bring together a cohort of ASE members who participate in online sessions throughout the year, resulting in powerful and lasting professional relationships and engaging group problem solving. Topics vary each month.

Each 60-minute session, held monthly, is designed to be highly interactive, where participants share experiences, insights, solutions and have opportunities for discussions. Sessions are currently being held virtually.

Who should attend:
ASE Members including HR professionals, managers, leaders, or topic-related staff members. Member discussions are designed to enhance the effectiveness of various functions within ASE member organizations.

ASE members receive up to 9 HRCI credits per recertification cycle in the membership category for being employed at a member company and receive discounted exam rates. We also have an HRCI Concierge that can personally answer any certification questions you have. HRCI the premier credentialing organization for the Human Resources profession.

In addition to all the member-exclusive benefits, ASE members receive up to 30% discounts off all other ASE services, staffing, training and development, compensation consulting, pre-employment screening services, and more. Often times, the discount outweighs the cost of membership.
