ASE’s Compensation Survey represents the largest collection of employer-reported wage and salary data in the State of Michigan. Last year 437 Michigan companies reported on 575 benchmark positions. From the board room to the shop floor, ASE’s Compensation Survey captures data on over 40 different job families including many related to manufacturing operations such as:

- Maintenance and Facilities
- Supply Chain and Logistics
- Engineering
- Quality Assurance
- Health and Safety
- Operations & Plant Management
