Recognition can be incredibly powerful. When it’s done right, employees not only feel valued but also improve their productivity, increase engagement, and build better relationships. It should also be tailored to employee preferences to ensure its meaningful and well-received.

Join this webinar to learn how to design a recognition program with the three keys to recognition in mind: customization, alignment, and transparency. McLean & Company will go over their blueprint, Ingrain and Sustain Employee Recognition.

Peer-to-Peer Discussion: Employee Appreciation

September 23, 2025 | 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.

Join us for a peer discussion on employee appreciation. How do you show appreciation to your employees? Whether your methods are simple and low-cost or elaborate and high-end, we want to hear from you! Join your peers for an engaging discussion on the various ways organizations recognize and reward their employees.

Come prepared to discuss with your peers:

  • What employee appreciation initiatives have you implemented in your organization?
  • Are there any low-cost or no-cost methods that have been particularly effective?
  • Have you tried any high-end or elaborate appreciation programs? What were the results?
  • How do you measure the impact of your employee appreciation efforts?
  • What challenges have you faced in implementing these initiatives, and how did you overcome them?
  • How do you ensure that appreciation efforts are inclusive and resonate with all employees?
  • What advice would you give to someone looking to start or enhance their employee appreciation programs?

Don't miss this opportunity to share your experiences, ask questions, and learn from what’s working (and what’s not) across different organizations.
