Human Resources Roundtable
Participants include professionals with a broad base of responsibility in various areas of human resources.
Topics may include: recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, internships, retention, engagement, performance management, employee development and coaching, compliance, employee benefits, safety, DEIB, HR metrics and key performance indicators, recordkeeping, culture, and morale.
We meet the 1st Thursday of each month beginning 9/5/24 from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
Pricing
ASE Members $175 for the first participant; $135 for each additional participant from an organization
Future Members: $325 for the first participant; $275 for additional participants from an organization
HR Generalist Roundtable
Participants include new and/or support HR professionals.
Topics may include: compliance issues, continuing education and resources, HRIS systems and records management, recruiting/interviewing, retention, FLSA overtime rules, orientation, training coordination, benefits administration, and workers' compensation.
We meet the 1st Friday of the month; alternating months: October, December, February, and April, beginning 10/4/24 from 10:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Future Members: $200 for the first participant; $150 for additional participants from an organization
Safety Roundtable
Participants include safety directors/managers and committee members whose responsibilities require them to keep abreast of compliance regulations and risk management.
Topics may include: current trends in safety, Q&A with MIOSHA CET, PPE analysis and training, fire safety, fall rescue, visitor/contractor/temporaries training, ergonomics, emergency response and metrics, audits, safety teams, and safety culture.
We meet the 1st Thursday of each month beginning 10/3/24 from 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Training Roundtable
Participants include managers and coordinators responsible for any aspect of coordinating company training.
Topics may include: current trends in delivery and content, onboarding, training matrices, orientation, safety, coaching, measuring effectiveness, leadership training & development, and online resources.
We meet the 1st Friday of the month; alternating months: October, December, February, and April, beginning 10/4/24 from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

(Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging) DEIB Roundtable
Participants include those who have the responsibility of monitoring the diversity within their organization and responsible for implementing policy and practices that will evolve the culture to one of respect, connection, and inclusion.
Topics may include: benchmarking and continuous measurement of DEIB; inclusion, onboarding, and auditing the workplace for prioritization; review of policies and practices that help or hinder an inclusive environment; and programs and events.
We meet the 1st Friday of the month; alternating months: November, January, March, and May, beginning 11/8/24 from 8:30 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Benefits Roundtable
Participants include directors/managers and administrators who have employee benefit responsibilities.
Topics may include: Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance, selling benefits, 401K, FMLA, attendance policies, part-time benefits, health insurance survey and employee communication, benefits, and strategic plan.
We meet the 1st Friday of the month; alternating months: November, January, March, and May, beginning 11/8/24 from 10:30 a.m. 12:00 p.m.
