While ASE’s latest Employee Turnover Survey shows that voluntary turnover has significantly reduced over the past year – from 20.1% in 2022 to 10.1% in 2023, it is still a crucial data point for organizations to keep track of and continually work to improve. Talent is increasingly hard to find so it’s important to retain your top employees.

High employee turnover can be a significant challenge for organizations, leading to increased recruitment costs, loss of institutional knowledge, and decreased morale among remaining staff. Reducing turnover requires a comprehensive approach that addresses the root causes of dissatisfaction and disengagement among employees.

Here are several strategies that can help retain talent and foster a more stable workforce.
