Do you have a hard time providing effective feedback to your employees? Are you uncomfortable delivering a difficult message in a constructive manner? Do you find it awkward to let your employees know they are doing well? What do you do when someone gets defensive or has some other adverse reaction to feedback?
During this half-day course, you will learn the difference between reinforcing and developmental feedback, as well as strategies for delivering both. Using a personal feedback assessment, group exercises, a video clip and skills practice, you will learn and apply the strategies you need to provide feedback that will maximize employee performance.
