The workshop presents a proven 8-step process for project planning and control, including: definition of the end customer’s requirements, roles of the project team, determination and flowcharting of the project tasks, scheduling and costing, quality aspects of critical tasks and risk management. This is an application-centric program developed around eight common-sense questions that should be answered for all projects regardless of project size or complexity. This webinar is suitable for those with no or little prior project management exposure, since it provides a straightforward planning steps and easy to apply tools and methods.
This training supports routine projects as well as major initiatives, such as: HR Operational Reviews, Compensation Studies, Recruiting and On-Boarding process improvement, Compliance Reviews, Succession Planning, Corporate LMS systems, support of Business Partner initiatives and more. The general planning process is applicable to non-HR projects as well.
