What sets companies apart and  creates sustainable advantages are distinct cultures supported by employee engagement.  Studies indicate that the higher the level of employee engagement, the more successful  organizations tend to be over time. Best-in-class employers recognize the importance of strategies to keep  employees engaged and to create cultures where employees want to stay despite other job opportunities.

 On Tuesday, October 8th ASE will host and facilitate a member-exclusive roundtable where participants can share ideas, discuss their experiences, and learn from each other about their engagement and retention initiatives and outcomes.

 

Topics for discussion include the following: 

  •         Developing sustainable employee career development strategies
  •         Encouraging and developing strong employee-manager relationships
  •         Measuring engagement and morale as leading indicators of retention
  •         Determining the impact and cost of turnover to an organization
