Troy, MI ---March 4, 2026 --- American Society of Employers (ASE), Michigan’s largest employer association, has added three new members to their Board of Directors for 2026. Three members moved off the slate.
New ASE Board Members
- Michael Kaszubski, Owner ReGroup Advisors, Inc.
- Tom Kelly, Executive Director & CEO, Automation Alley
- Jason Lioy, Chief People Officer, Dawn Foods
ASE thanks their outgoing members:
- Alan G. LaDuke, CPA, Principal, Yeo & Yeo
- Melissa Marin, Molex, LLC
- Paul D. Sturgis, Senior Director, Michigan Medicine
ASE subsidiary, HR Management Group, Inc. (HRMG), also announced two new board members.
New HRMG Board Members
- Stuart Brody, Vice President Total Rewards, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan
- Corey Stowell, Vice President, Human Resources, Webasto Roof Systems
Amy Schultz, Chief Learning Officer & Executive Director, Organizational Effectiveness DTE Energy, vacated the HRMG board slate. She remains an ASE board member and joined the ASE Educational Foundation Board of Trustees.
New ASE Educational Foundation Board of Trustees
ASE has reestablished its Educational Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) non-profit foundation that supports ASE’s educational programs. The ASE Educational Foundation Board of Trustees consists of:
- Mary E. Corrado, President and CEO, ASE
- Lisa Bradley, Executive Director, HR, Henry Ford Community College
- Arlene Jones, Chief Talent Officer, EDSI
- Kevin Roach, Chief Executive Officer, MCHS Family of Services
- Amy Schultz, Chief Learning Officer & Executive Director Organizational Effectiveness, DTE Energy
The changes were announced by ASE President & CEO Mary E. Corrado. “ASE and HRMG are pleased to welcome these highly regarded new board members. Their breadth of knowledge and experience will help ASE continue to grow as we have for over 124 years,” stated Corrado. “In addition, I am very thankful for the years of service our resigning board members served.”
