Peer-to-Peer Discussions

ASE Peer-to-Peer Discussions bring together a cohort of ASE members who participate in online sessions throughout the year, resulting in powerful and lasting professional relationships and engaging group problem solving in a roundtable format. Topics vary each month.

Each 60-minute session, held monthly, is designed to be highly interactive, where participants share experiences, insights, solutions and have opportunities for discussions. Sessions are currently being held virtually.

Who should attend:
ASE Members including HR professionals, managers, leaders, or topic-related staff members. Member discussions are designed to enhance the effectiveness of various functions within ASE member organizations.

Your organization’s employee handbook serves as a comprehensive guide that effectively communicates your company's core values and expectations. Join ASE members to discuss how an employee handbook defines your organization's culture and articulates the standards to which all employees are held accountable and how to train managers to provide consistent application and interpretation.
