Last week the Michigan Supreme Court ruled that the adopt and amend enaction of our current minimum wage and paid medical leave was unconstitutional, thereby reverting Michigan’s law back to the original minimum wage law called the Improved Workforce Opportunity Act and paid sick leave law called the Earned Sick Time Act. If our legislature does not act to change them, these laws will go into effect early next year.
ASE invites you to learn more about how this change to Michigan employment law will affect employers. You'll also have the opportunity to get any questions answered during Q/A.
This webinar will be presented by Clark Hill Attorney Vincent Sallan.
