There is no shortage of HR content competing for our attention. Articles, webinars, conferences, newsletters, LinkedIn posts. The challenge is not finding information. It is the most useful information.
That is one reason podcasts continue to grow in popularity among HR and business leaders. They make it easier to stay informed during a commute, a workout, or even between meetings. More importantly, the best podcasts bring practical ideas, fresh perspectives, and honest conversations about leadership, culture, compliance, employee experience, and the future of work.
Recently, chime Workplace published a strong list of HR podcasts for people leaders. It included a mix of HR-specific programming along with broader leadership and workplace culture shows.
After reviewing the list, I thought it deserved one addition to round it out into a true “Top 10.”
Here are ten podcasts worth adding to your playlist this year.
