Affirmative Action – Keeping Up with the Ever Changing Federal Contractor Requirements
Government contractors and subcontractors must satisfy numerous reporting requirements and make specific affirmative action efforts to be in compliance with the OFCCP. With compliance checks, focused reviews, full audits, and more coming down the pike, this year has had much change in the types and methods of audits. If you have affirmative action questions or have experienced difficult audits, then participation in this roundtable is for you!
On Friday, November 15th, ASE will host and facilitate a roundtable discussion where members can share their experiences, identify current best practices, and brainstorm with each other about issues and challenges they face regarding affirmative action and federal contractor compliance. Topics of discussion may include:
- What lies ahead for the OFCCP in 2020
- How bad was the new EEO-1 report to capture pay data (component 2)
- Performing self-audits
- What to expect when the government comes knocking
