Given the number of scenarios that could arise in a workplace, ADA claims and accommodations can be vexing for HR, especially when managers fail to inform HR when a situation arises. This session will have roundtable members discussing various scenarios they have encountered and brainstorm best practices, especially in situations in which they are brought to light after the fact.
