ASE IS AN ELIGIBLE GOING PRO TALENT FUND PROVIDER
ASE is an eligible private training provider that offers training in the areas of leadership and management that meet Going PRO funding requirements. Some of ASE’s supervisor and leadership development courses that can potentially be included in your Going PRO Talent Fund application are:
- Principles and Practices of Supervision I & II – This three day in-person or six half-day virtual, instructor-led course addresses first and second line leadership competencies.
- Conflict Prevention and Resolution Skills
- Dealing with Difficult Behavior
- Delegating for Results
- Giving and Receiving Feedback
- Leadership Essentials
- Project Management Basics
- Supervise with Success

2024 Cycle 2 Application Period
The Going Pro 2024 Cycle 2 application is open April 22 - May 10, 2024. Employers are eligible for up to $2,000 per person for classroom or customized training. If Cycle 1 funds were received, the employer is ineligible for Cycle 2.
