2026 AI in HR Pulse Survey

ASE’s 2026 AI in HR Pulse Survey asked 109 employers how they use artificial intelligence, both within HR and across their organizations, and how that use has changed since our 2024 survey. The survey covered where AI shows up in HR work, from recruiting and onboarding to drafting HR content, how formally that use is managed, the results employers have seen so far, and their plans for the next 12 months. It also examined the guardrails around AI.
