Lauren joined ASE in August of 2022 as a Member Relations Manager and currently serves as ASE's HR Compliance Advisor, managing ASE Handbook Services. She also instructs various ASE training classes and provides support to the ASE team for special HR projects including data analysis and reporting.

Prior to ASE, Lauren spent seven years in the hospitality industry in management, event planning, and training and development. She has had a successful career with J. Alexander’s Restaurants as well as the Detroit Athletic Club. She has experience in customer service, sales, recruiting, training, process improvement, and leadership.

Lauren graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management with a minor in general business and earned her Master of Human Resource Development from Clemson University. Additionally, she holds credentials as a SHRM-Certified Professional.
