How do I register for a program or event?
You can register online using a credit card all within ASE's Learning Center.  However, if you would like to be invoiced for a course please contact us via email at ASETraining@aseonline.org or call 248.223.8041.

I can't attend an event/course I am registered for. What is your policy?
A full refund, or substitution for a later course of the same value, is available for cancellations received IN WRITING by noon seven (7) days prior to the start of the event. No refunds or credits are available for cancellations received later than seven (7) days before the event, however, a substitute in place of the original will be accepted. Participants with confirmed registrations who fail to attend are billed for the entire cost of the event. 

What is your refund policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an open-registration class you attend, ASE will either allow you to retake the class or issue a credit for your registration fee.

All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment. The school may retain an application fee of not more than $25.00 if the application is denied. All tuition and fees paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 business days after signing a contract with the school. All refunds shall be returned within 30 days. Once the three business days has passed the following refund policy will apply: A full refund is available for cancellations received by noon seven (7) days prior to the start of the program. No refunds are available for cancellations received less than seven (7) days before the program. Participants with confirmed registrations who fail to attend are billed for the entire cost of the program. However, a substitute student in place of the original registrant will be accepted without any additional cost.

Is lunch included?
Lunch will not be provided.  However, for full-day coures, participants will be provided time to enjoy lunch on their own or at one of the numerous restaurants nearby.  Depending on the location of the event, a refrigerator and microwave are available for use if participants would like to bring their lunch or snacks to enjoy.

I may need an accommodation to attend a program or event?  What should I do?
The American Society of Employers is committed to providing accessible training/events to all individuals attending one of our programs.  With this commitment in mind, we urge you to communicate to us any special needs you may have to participate in our program.  Please contact us via email at ASETraining@aseonline.org or call 248.223.8041 to discuss your specific needs.

What is ASE's policy on inclement weather or snow days?
ASE programs are rarely canceled or postponed due to snow or weather conditions. Should weather conditions cause traffic problems, the normal starting time of a program may be delayed up to 30 minutes. If weather conditions are severe enough to warrant ASE canceling or postponing a program, ASE will post the information on our website and will have a recorded message for participants on the phone line 248-223-8041.  Otherwise, all programs will be conducted as scheduled. Should the program be canceled, it will be rescheduled or individuals will receive a full refund.
