2021 Compensation Surveys are Launching - Your Data is Appreciated!

surveySince 1952, ASE has been committed to providing the highest level of quality surveys to our members, allowing them to attract and retain valuable employees. Maintaining that quality largely depends on achieving robust levels of survey participation by ASE members. With high participation levels, we are able to create a far more substantial database that will allow for a more powerful analysis of the data. This means more meaningful breakouts by industry sector and size categories, leading to wiser compensation decisions.

The Supervisory, Managerial, and Professional Compensation Survey; the Office, Clerical, and Technical Compensation Survey; and the Production and Maintenance Compensation Survey all represent ASE’s flagship compensation benchmarking reports in the state of Michigan and will be open for participation starting January 26th. As has been in the past, the data for these surveys will be collected using one questionnaire to make the participation process easier. For more information and to view sample data, please visit our website.

New this year, we have added Senior CRM Administrator and CRM Administrator positions. As well as seeking information on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion roles within your organizations.

The survey results are set to be released at our annual Compensation and Benefits Conference in June.

ASE’s highly anticipated National Executive Compensation Survey has begun collecting data for the 2021 edition. This survey captures data on 48 executive-level positions using data from co-sponsoring employer associations across the country. Please note, this survey is complimentary only to participating members. Non-participating members can purchase copies of the survey at the discounted member rate of $225.

Participants in last year’s Compensation Surveys should contact ASE for their previous data submissions. This will make participation less time-consuming and most importantly, more accurate.

Two other important points to keep in mind: In order to automatically receive the results of these surveys at no cost (ASE members), you are required to participate. In addition, participation in these surveys will enable you to receive a custom analysis of your responses.

As always, the ASE Survey Team stands ready to assist you and your organization in any way. From advice on job matching to full administration of your submissions, ASE can help. Please contact the ASE Survey Team at 248.223.8053 or [email protected] to request a copy of your organization’s participation materials.
