Friday, December 14, 2018

ASE Headquarters

Michigan passed an amendment to the Michigan Minimum Wage law progressively increasing this state’s minimum wage to just over $12/hr. by 2030. In addition, the Earned Sick Time law the requires employers with 50 or more employees to provide unpaid time off to care for themselves or family members that are ill or injured.

ASE’s next Hot Button Briefing will provide ASE members information on employer’s rights and any recommended policy changes under these new state laws.
