ASE Compensation Survey

The ASE Compensation Survey collects and analyzes data from hundreds of employers of all sizes and industries.  Our survey provides valuable in-depth insights into compensation, policies and benefits, and more, allowing your organization to make informed decisions with relevant data provided by local employers.  New members and member participants receive these surveys at no additional cost.  ASE members also have access to additional survey features that provide opportunities for greater customization of data reports through online tools as well.  In addition, ASE members can now gain access to national and international compensation data via Peer, a Payscale product. Some exclusions apply.

This survey is a subset of the National Policies and Benefits Survey. Data is broken into nine major categories: Health & Welfare Benefits, Retirement Benefits, Miscellaneous Benefits, Pay Practices, Working Conditions, Paid Time Off, Part-Time Employees Benefits, Recruitment, Training, & Development, and Employee/Community Relations. Data is based on three employer sizes for four employee classifications.

Salary and wage data on over 55 common job titles unique to nonprofit organizations in Michigan.

Salary data for recent college graduates by discipline for Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate degrees. Also reports co-op rates by educational level for technical and non-technical jobs. Co-op rates vary from junior high school to Master and Ph.D.
