New to the 2012 Surveys
An all new online questionnaire that is easy to use. You no longer need to download and save large survey attachments. Nor will you have to email your completed survey back to ASE. Simply fill out the questionnaire online and click "Submit" when you’re finished.
The 2012 Compensation Surveys will be published in three separate reports:

Production and Maintenance Compensation Survey (Job Titles)

Office, Clerical and Technical Compensation Survey (Job Titles)
-
Supervisory, Managerial and Professional Compensation Survey (Job Titles)
With some exceptions, these three reports will include the same job titles and job codes as previously included in the Salary Survey and Engineering, Production and Trade Wage and Salary Survey reports that you were accustomed to.
These are three of the most comprehensive compensation surveys in the State of Michigan. They cover data from over 400 companies representing nearly 500 positions across 34 job families, including Information Systems, Administration, Finance, Engineering, Medical/Allied Health, Human Resources, Plant Supervision & Management, Sales/Marketing, Quality Control/Assurance, Assembly, Inspection/Quality, Maintenance, Material Handling, Production Labor, Skilled Trade, Traffic & Fleet and more.
You only need to submit data for the specific jobs that are relevant to your organization. We will take care of the rest. For assistance with job matching, contact the Survey Services department at surveys@aseonline.org or 248.223.8053.
Invitations to participate were e-mailed the week of January 23rd. Participation is free for member organizations. Member participants will automatically receive access to the survey results, which will be published in May 2012.
