The HR Metrics Calculator was developed to capture key human resource data to aid executive and human resource leaders in making fact-based, strategic decisions. This calculator captures twelve metrics which represent some of the most commonly selected measurements in HR.

In addition, the calculator includes a national, normative data base that allows HR Leaders and the Executive Team to know where their organization stands historically against itself as well as externally against peer organizations.
