ASE provides a job posting service that posts your openings to over 3,000 job boards, assists with disability and veteran outreach, is convenient and—best of all—free to ASE members. Use this service to source potential applicants, to make sure your recruiting practices comply with federal contract requirements all the time, and of course, to save money.

Working with a non-profit organization called DirectEmployers, you as an ASE member will have your current job opportunities posted on 3,000 job boards nationwide, using Direct Syndication. The different job boards include military, diversity, college alumni, and disability sites. You will be able to either post individual jobs, or, depending on your applicant tracking system (ATS), Direct Employers will pull your postings off your web site nightly and automatically post all of your openings.
