Organizations, like people, have an important stake in the laws and regulations that affect them. New state and federal laws and regulations can blindside employers, and in some cases wreak havoc on their business. ASE educates and protects members from HR-related legislative threats before they arise. Our government affairs department tracks legislative and regulatory changes and actively works to shape their development. This ongoing information and advocacy is an important benefit of your membership.
