Certification Curriculums

To help your company maintain the highest standards of employee performance and human resource practice, ASE has designed certification curriculums in four disciplines critical to success in today's diverse, global workplace. Each certification curriculum is flexible, with a combination of core and elective courses, which enables you to select topics that meet your job-related requirements.

HR Generalist Certification Curriculum:
To be more effective on the job, experienced HR personnel as well as those new to the profession must keep abreast of changes in the field. Many of the courses offered through the HR Generalist Certification are pre-approved for HRCI PHR/SPHR recertification credits.

Supervisor Certification Curriculum:
The purpose of the program is to acquaint first- and second-level supervisors and others with the basic principles of supervision and to present practical tools for handling projects, tasks, and problems at work. The core programs provide information about communication, interpersonal relations, motivating employees, managing conflict, diversity, leadership, group/team skills, and organizational change.

Administrative Assistant Certification Curriculum:
The purpose of the program is to enable the administrative professional to become more adept at handling and prioritizing multiple projects, managing time, and increasing effectiveness when communicating ideas.

Customer Relations Certification Curriculum
The purpose of the program is to help your employees build effective customer relationships based on solid service principles, so that they can meet the needs of both their internal and external customers at all times.

For All Curriculums:
  • Credits are issued in the basis of course completion. Each seminar is valued at one credit per full-day program and one-half credit per half-day program.
  • You will have twenty-four months in which to complete the curriculum for certification.
  • As an ASE member you will receive 10% off the entire cost of the curriculum by prepaying for the curriculum at the time of registration.
  • You will be awarded a deluxe personalized certificate mounted on a wall plaque upon completion of the certification program. A certificate of completion will be given for each individual program that you complete.
The American Society of Employers is accredited through the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and offers continuing education units, which can often be applied toward college credit.
