Principles and Practices of Supervision II  


Objective: 
To provide supervisors, managers, and program/project team leaders with advanced training in such critical areas as: developing and managing teams, understanding and responding to management expectations.

Content:

  • Influence employees to perform more effectively
  • Impact workplace performance through teams
  • Encourage the process of group development: a knowledgeable supervisor uses this information to help the group meet its goals
  • Impact organizational change utilizing managers and supervisors
  • Better understand how stereotyping affects an employee's performance
  • Identify your management style and use it more effectively

Who Should Attend:
Managers, supervisors and team leaders who have completed level I of Principles and Practices of Supervision or who have two or more years of supervisory experience

Note: This is a three day program spanning three consecutive weeks.

Participants must attend all 3 sessions to receive certificate
