Objective: 
Managing employee expectations is a one-day management development workshop that uses unique, engaging, self-directed learning instrument, the Work Expectations Profile to develop greater employee satisfaction, loyalty and productivity. This learning instrument helps managers understand and manage their employee's work expecations.

Content:
Upon completion of this course you will:

  • Explore employee key work expectations
  • Discover which expectations are most important to them
  • Learn how to get employees to communicate their expecations
  • Learn how to initiate steps to meet employee expectations
  • Learn how to help employees adjust their expectations when necessary

Supervisors or managers who would like to understand and manage their employee's work expectations and create better employee satisfaction, loyalty and productivity.
