Objective: Interest Based Bargaining is an alternative style of negotiating that trained negotiators use to achieve positive results for both parties. The purpose of this course is to give participants enough information so that they understand the basic structure of interest based bargaining such that they can determine if it is a style of negotiating that would be appropriate for their organization.
