Objective: 
To understand why you procrastinate. Apply the reasons for procrastination to your individual style to maximize your productivity, and feel a sense of accomplishment at day's end. By understanding your procrastination tendencies, you can overcome them and be empowered to be productive.

  • Indentify your unique information processing style
  • Receive a recipe to develop an action plan that works for you
  • Learn how to establish and enforce boundaries to maximize your productivity and minimize your stress
