Objective: 
To help you manage stress and avoid or remedy the effects of stress-related burn-out.

Content:
You will learn how to:

  • Utilize general information about stress and the effects of stress
  • Examine stressors both on and off the job
  • Implement stress reduction techniques and coping skills
  • Understand the mind-body connection and your immune system
  • Become aware of the benefits of stress relief, exercise, nutrition, and relaxation
  • Increase and expand your options for stress reduction on and off the job
  • Develop a personal plan for lifetime stress management
