Creating a Preferred Organizational Culture  

 
Objective: 
This one-day workshop outlines the process of taking your organization's culture from where it is to where it needs to be in order for the organization to successfully execute its plan. Essential elements of this transition inlcude tools for understanding current culture, articulating preferred cultural characteristics and tying those characteristics to strategy execution and organizational goals. Case studies will be utilized.

Upon completion of this course you will:

  • Reinforce knowledge of how culture plays a definitive role in the success or failure in the execution of organizational strategies
  • Identify types of cultural characteristics
  • Learn tools for cultural assessment and change
  • Develop methodology to link cultural characteristics to strategy execution and organizational goals
