Consultative Selling Skills  


Objective: 
Selling does not have to be a hard sell and pushy. Customers want someone who will listen to their needs, and answer their questions knowledgeably. Customers want someone who will offer suggestions without trying to sell them what they do not need. During this course you will learn how to increase your selling skills while becoming more efficient and valuable to your company.

Upon completion of this course you will:

  • Learn how to listen effectively
  • Learn how to ask the right questions
  • Understand how to provide for the needs of your customer
  • Learn telephone tips
  • Recognize resistance and learn how to handle it
