This seminar will teach you how to make your criticism constructive as well as how to respond to it without becoming emotional.

• Learn what the research shows
• Learn how to challenge your beliefs
• Recognize five ways to handle criticism assertively
• Distinguish how to disagree without becoming argumentative
• Understand the key to handling criticism effectively
• Formulate an action plan for giving criticism
• Understand the five-step process
