Constructive Criticism and Feedback  


Objective: 
Most people experience discomfort and anxiety when it comes to giving and receiving criticism, and yet it is the feedback we need an must be willing to give in order to increase our performance and meet our goals. This seminar will teach you how to make your criticism constructive as well as how to respond to it without becoming emotional.

Content:
Upon completion of this course you will:

  • Identify three types of criticism
  • Learn what the research shows
  • Learn how to challenge your beliefs
  • Recognize five ways to handle criticism assertively
  • Distinguish how to disagree without becoming argumentative
  • Understand the key to handling criticism effectively
  • Formulate an action plan for giving criticism
  • Understand the five-step process

 Individuals that would like to learn how to be constructive with their criticism, as well as learn how to except criticism effectively.
