Content:

• Identify significant new obligations placed upon employers by the Illegal Immigration and Responsibility Reform Act of 1996
• Get an H-1B Visa for your alien worker
• Transfer managers, executives, and persons with specialized knowledge to your U.S. company
• Get a TN visa for Canadian or Mexican nationals
• Obtain a green card for your alien workers
