Affirmative Action Plan Development  


Objective: 
To provide employees responsible for developing and writing an AAP with a working knowledge of how to develop, administer, and maintain a required OFCCP-approved written affirmative action plan.

Content:
You will learn how to:

  • Develop a workforce analysis: you are encouraged to bring your own organization chart and employee listing by classification, race and sex
  • Develop a utilization analysis
  • Develop major job groups analyses
  • Develop an availability analysis
  • Set goals
  • Prepare narrative statements
  • Conduct adverse impact analysis
  • Conduct compensation analysis
