Customer Relations Certification Curriculum

As a Customer Relations professional, you want to build relationships with all your customers based on solid service principles, so that you can meet the needs of both your internal and external customers at all times.

The American Society of Employers has responded to its members’ commitment to maintaining high standards in customer service by designing a certification curriculum for all employees interested in building effective customer relationships. ASE has made its curriculum flexible so that you can select topics that meet your job-related requirements.

You will receive the Customer Relations Certificate when you accumulate a total of six core and six elective credits within a 24-month period.

  • Credits are awarded on the basis of course completion. Each seminar is valued at one credit per full-day program and one-half credit per half-day program.
  • Upon completion of the certification curriculum, you will receive a deluxe personalized certificate mounted on a wall plaque. You will also receive a certificate of completion for each individual program that you complete.
  • Customize your own core curriculum by combining the two required core credits with four credits from the list of core credits.
  • Customize your elective curriculum by selecting programs totaling six credits from the list of elective classes.
