As part of the membership value equation, ASE prides itself on its many opportunities for peer networking. Throughout the year ASE offers its members a variety of events designed to provide peer-to-peer networking opportunities, Subject Matter Expert presentations, regular updates on need-to-know topics and state-of-the-art events and conferences.
Member-Exclusive Roundtables
ASE members have the opportunity to share ideas, information, suggestions and concerns with a small peer group of other HR professionals in our member-exclusive Roundtables. Each session involves a round-robin dialog with peers from ASE member companies, facilitated by an ASE staff member to keep the discussion on track and forward-moving. Members appreciate the opportunity to network and learn during these information-packed 90-minute sessions
Hot Button Briefings
ASE strives to educate its members about HR-related laws and regulations both in Washington and Lansing. These timely, one-hour Hot Button Briefings provide live overviews of important developments in workplace legislation or regulation that will impact your organization's people. These briefings provide not only an understanding of a proposed law or regulatory change, but also an opportunity to ask the expert and get the most up-to-date information on new and updated legislation or regulations.
