Warning Signs of Unionization 
Some employers believe that an organization drive can never happen to them … that their treatment of their employees is above the norm. Often, employers do not have an objective benchmark of comparison in order to assess that there is trouble until it is too late. If the EFCA becomes law, this will be even a greater problem moving forward.

Do’s and Don’ts During a Union Organizing Drive 
Despite the best policies, procedures, and compensation packages, employers can and do face unionization campaigns. As a result, employers need to be aware of what can or cannot say during a union organizing campaign. Depending upon the frequency and/or severity, inappropriate actions on the part of an employer and their managers and supervisors could lead to the recognition of a unionized bargaining unit.
