This is the largest, most comprehensive compensation survey in the state of Michigan. More than 400 companies representing 264 white-collar positions in 11 job families. This survey reports data on the starting salaries for recent college graduates by discipline for Bachelor, Master and Doctorate degrees. The survey also reports co-op rates by educational level for technical and non-technical jobs. Co-op rates vary from junior in high school to Master and Ph.D. interns. This survey reports on practices for traditional health care benefit programs as well as non-traditional health care programs including Health Maintenance Organizations, Preferred Provider Organizations, and Point of Service Plans. National Executive Compensation Survey*
This survey is sponsored by nearly 20 Employer Association Groups throughout the U.S. More than 1,555 companies participate in this survey yearly and report compensation and benefits data for 34 positions. Data is broken out into the groups shown below. Salary ranges are based on gross sales volume. Data is reported as base cash, cash bonus, other cash payments and total compensation. Each position reports benefits data for automobiles, deferred compensation, stock options, club memberships, etc.

This survey is sponsored by 17 Employer Association Groups throughout the U.S. Nearly 750 companies participate in this survey yearly and report compensation and benefits data for more than 20 sales positions. Data is reported nationally and for Michigan and is broken out by compensation type (salary, salary plus commission, straight commission, etc.), business categories, and gross sales volume. Additional information is reported on incentive practices, and expense allowances for automobiles and travel.

National Wage and Salary Survey

The survey contains compiled data from 42 regions of the country, covering 19 states and 68 major metropolitan/regional areas. Thirty-one EAG affiliate organizations carefully reviewed job descriptions from local salary surveys and only reported data for positions that closely matched the 92 benchmark occupations. Wage and salary data is provided for a wide range of Production Trades; Office, Clerical, and Technical; and Supervisory and Professional positions.

National Pay Trends Survey

The EAG National Pay Trends Survey provides results from 28 associations including ASE's Salary Budget Survey data. This year's survey covers the pay trend practices of 4,157 U.S. employers for the current year. Results are summarized by industry, company size, and employee categories (i.e. Executive & Officer Positions; Exempt Managerial, Supervisory, & Professional; Non-Exempt Office, Clerical & Technical; Hourly Production, Maintenance, Material Handling, and Service Jobs, Non-Union; Hourly Production, Maintenance, Material Handling, and Service Jobs, represented by a Union. The survey also covers several geographic regions including: Northwest, Southern, Midwest, and Western. In total, 17 states and over 40 locations are represented.
